This popular program encourages, enriches and empowers all learners. Classes are designed around the interests, energies and developmental needs of the children participating. A combination of Hatha poses, Kundalini yoga, Brain Gym and breathing techniques are brought to life through affirmations, narratives and art. Our focus centers on gratitude, community and interpersonal relationships. Self-regulation is key. Registration is required. No drop ins. 10:30am-11:15am
